BETTE JO GRAY PINKERTON

January 30, 1943 – February 3, 2005

Bette Jo Gray Pinkerton was born January 30, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah and passed away February 3, 2005 in Riverside, California as the result of an automobile accident.

Pinkerton grew up in Salt Lake City and was a head cheerleader at West High School. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah in 1965 and had a 30 year career teaching students not only the required curriculum but tried to enhance their growth by emphasizing character education.

She married Dale K. Pinkerton on September 7, 1968. She was known for enjoying time with friends, caring for pets, and gardening.

Son: Michael Pinkerton (with wife Tomoko)
Three grandchildren: Tiffany, Brandon, and Dylan Webb
Brother: Gary Gray

Visitation: Thursday, February 10, 5-8 PM at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside
Funeral: Friday, February 11, 4 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5900 Grand Avenue, Riverside
Burial: Monday, February 14, 11 AM at Riverside National Cemetery
